  • State of Arizona - Pre-authorized Public Sector/Government Vendor - Traaen & Associates, LLC is a pre-authorized vendor for the State of Arizona (AzDOA) and thus is available for employee training, development and human resources partnering under this Contract. We do not require an RFP or 3-bids to contract for training, organizational development delivery, instructional design or other human resources partnering work. This pre-authorization extends to any government entity that revenue shares with the state. Should you have questions concerning this contract please work closely with your procurement/purchasing department/division.


  • State of Arizona - Pre-authorized Vendor to provide Human Resources Investigators Services - Traaen & Associates, LLC is available to conduct or assist with reviewing human resource operations regarding applicable federal, state laws, and Arizona State Service Personnel Rules. In addition, the firm is available to conduct or assist with investigations regarding employee misconduct, alleged discrimination, retaliation or violations/non-compliance with Arizona State Service Personnel Rules and applicable federal and state laws. This contract will be used by the ADOA Human Resources Division. Other State Agencies may utilize this contract after obtaining permission from the HRD prior to the use of contract.

Members of SAVE are Arizona School Districts and public entities that have signed an intergovernmental agreement such that a cooperative purchase agreement is in place to obtain economies of scale in the provision of services. Traaen & Associates, LLC is a vendor member of the SAVE system and is immediately available for provision of services.
